How to Order Flower Delivery in Yekaterinburg
Place an order on our website, enter delivery details and a Yandex Maps link, then we confirm payment with you. Delivery across Yekaterinburg 09:00–20:00; orders after 18:00 usually move to the next day.
Standard bouquets: You do not need to arrange payment in chat before ordering. On our website you add bouquets to the cart, enter delivery details, and click Place order. Online payment (YooKassa) is being set up — after your order is created, we contact you to confirm availability and payment. If you enter an email at checkout, our system can send an order confirmation email with your order ID, delivery recap, line items, total, and a link to view full order details online. Messaging us on WhatsApp or email after placing the order is optional unless you want to add a note or ask something. We may contact you (call or message) if we cannot find the address or need to clarify delivery — so a correct phone number helps. Step-by-step
1) Order on the website
Browse bouquets, add what you need to the cart, then complete checkout with:
- Delivery zone (Yekaterinburg district or nearby city shown at checkout)
- Recipient name (and phone if available)
- Your email (recommended) — we can send the order confirmation here after the order is created (order ID, delivery summary, items, total, link to your order page)
- Delivery address (home / office / hotel / hospital)
- Yandex Maps link (optional but strongly recommended) — in checkout, paste a share link so the pin matches the drop-off; open Yandex Maps → drop a pin / choose the place → Share → copy link → paste into the field
- Delivery date and preferred time window
- Note for the courier (building, entrance, floor, apartment, intercom, landmarks, parking)
- Message card text (optional)
- How we can reach you (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or MAX)
When the form is complete, click Place order. You will land on an order confirmation page with your reference and status. If you entered an email, you may also get our confirmation email with the same essentials and a view order link — check inbox (and spam) for “Order confirmation … — Lanna Bloom”. 2) Do you have to message us after placing the order?
No — not for a standard web order. Checkout gives us what we need to prepare delivery. You do not need to open WhatsApp just to “confirm” a normal catalog order.
When we might contact you: If the address is unclear, the pin is wrong, or the courier cannot reach the building, we may call or message you using the number you provided — please answer if you can.
When you may want to reach us: To confirm payment before we start preparation, ask about timing, or add a special request — WhatsApp, phone, or email. Include your order number or link so we can find you quickly.
Best thing for delivery: Put courier notes and a Yandex Maps link in checkout up front — that usually prevents issues before we need to call.

Same-day delivery and the 18:00 cutoff
We deliver during working hours 09:00–20:00. Same-day delivery is possible when you order early (subject to bouquet availability and courier capacity).
Orders placed after 18:00 are usually scheduled for the next day. Sometimes same-day is still possible, but it depends on stock and the delivery schedule.
If it is urgent, complete checkout as early as you can; add a Yandex Maps link and clear courier notes so we can go straight to the pin.

Online payment on the website will be available later (YooKassa). Until then, this is how payment works:

2) Can I edit delivery details after ordering?
Often yes, if we have not started preparation or dispatched the courier. Contact us with your order number or link as soon as possible.
3) Can you deliver to hotels, offices, or hospitals?
Yes. Please include room, ward, or reception details if available, plus any access rules (lobby, reception, intercom, gate code). A Yandex Maps link to the correct entrance helps a lot. Hospitals may have delivery restrictions — put details in checkout and we will contact you if something cannot be done.
4) Can I choose an exact delivery time?
You can choose a preferred time window. Exact timing depends on traffic and delivery routing, but we follow your window as closely as possible.
5) Can I add a message card?
Yes. Add it at checkout or send the text when you contact us. Keep it clear and short for the card.
6) What if the courier has trouble finding the address?
This is why Yandex Maps link + written address + courier notes in checkout matter — we try to fix it before dispatch. If something is still unclear, we contact you on the phone number you gave. You can also message us if you want to add a landmark after ordering.
7) What proof of payment do you need?
Until YooKassa is live, we confirm payment individually (for example bank transfer). Your order page and confirmation email (when you gave an email) show your order reference. Send a payment screenshot in WhatsApp or email only if we asked for it. If something looks wrong, contact us with your order number or link.
8) Changes, cancellations, refunds
